  • What is a Lotion Bar?
    A Lotion Bar is a Lotion and not a Soap Bar. Lotion Bars are designed to be more oily than Liquid Lotion and can leave hand feeling oily. If they have been sitting out for a while it can feel like it doesn’t run smoothly across the skin. You may need to warm it up in your hands before use. The heat from your hands will help it to melt and glide better across your skin. You can wet hand or bar beforehand if your impatience, but it will leave a whiteish residue on the bar itself if water meets it. For long life and best quality of the bar, don’t use water just use heat from hands and rub it in a circular motion onto areas of dry skin.
  • Are your products vegan?
    Yes, but always check the product info tab for further details as some colourings may be use.
  • I want to return my purchase what do I do?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer a returns policy, but we do have an option to raise an Item Issue Query whereas you can have the item reviewed through Quality Control for a replacement or a refund. Please see the Shipping and Replacements Policy for further information on how to raise a query.
  • I would like to return a gift that was sent to me, how do I do that?"

We may need additional information to verify the product is genuine and may require the original purchase holder to contact us for data protection and proof to be provided.   • How do I cancel an order?

  • How long does it take to get my refund?
    If the refund has been approved, you will be notified via email. From the date that the refund has been approved it may take up to 14 days to process, this does include Quality Control time procedures.
  • How do I write a product review?
    If you would to provide feedback from a product you have purchase, please feel free to use the Contact page to let us know your thoughts or alternatively please leave us a comment on our social media pages.
  • How do I get removed from your mailing list?

  • How do I use a discount code?
    If you are having problems applying a discount code, please double check that the discount code is still valid. If this is the case and the code is still not working, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue as quickly as we can for you.   • I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?"
    We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The shopping cart selection on our website is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.
  • The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?"
    You can use the Pre Order page to select the item you wish to pre order and fill in the Pre Order Form for a request item. Once this is available you will be notified via email when its back in stock to purchase.
  • Do you ship item internationally?
    Our products are only available for UK shipping only on our website however, We do have the option for international delivery on some of our products on Etsy. We have a link on the main menu bar that will direct you to the products we have avaiable on Etsy. Please make sure you check on each item that you wish to purchase that we delivery to your country. We would still love to hear from you as we would greatly appreciate your feedback as to where you are from and if we have enough customer requests for a particular country we will consider shipping internationally via our website, but unfortunately at this time this is not a viable option and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Please do visit our website in the near future for any changed to international shipping via the website or sign up to our email marketing service and be the first hear all the latest updates.
  • Do you accept PayPal?
    At present no. This is due to added transactions fees making it unaffordable to do at the present time, but soon this may become available as an alternative method through our website. We do however take this type of method via our Etsy or Ebay store so please check out our links to these stores.
  • Are your good for sensitive skin?
    Yes, but always check the product info tab for further information and consult with a doctor if unsure.
